Platform Usage
You must use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms:
Allowed
- ✓Create and manage database projects
- ✓Collaborate with your team members
- ✓Export your data and schemas at any time
- ✓Integrate with your development tools
Prohibited
- ✗Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes
- ✗Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- ✗Interfere with platform security or operation
- ✗Violate third-party intellectual property rights
- ✗Share access credentials with unauthorized persons
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining your account security and all activities performed through it:

Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the schemas, diagrams, and projects you create. AeroCoding does not claim ownership of your content.
All platform content, including code, design, trademarks, and logos, is protected by AeroCoding's copyright and intellectual property rights.
Payments and Subscriptions
For paid plans, the following terms apply:

- •Automatic renewal until cancellation
- •Refunds processed according to our cancellation policy
- •Prices may change with 30 days notice
Limitation of Liability
AeroCoding is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:
- •Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Data loss beyond what is under our direct control
- •Service interruptions due to maintenance or external factors
- •Improper use of the platform by users
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts in case of:
- •Violation of these Terms of Service
- •Fraudulent or illegal activities
- •Prolonged inactivity (with prior notice)
- •Non-payment of subscriptions
We recommend exporting your data before terminating your account.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes implies agreement with the new terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Florianópolis/SC, unless otherwise required by law.
